Scheduling an Appointment

If you need to schedule an appointment or change an existing appointment, please call our office and press “1” on the operator menu.  If you are calling to be seen because of illness, please let the receptionist know this so we can try and work you into our schedule as soon as possible.

Please be aware that appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to the cancellation/no show fee.

Prescription Refills

The quickest and easiest way to get a prescription refill is to ask your pharmacy to send us an electronic request.  These are reviewed and are sent out generally on the same day.  You can also call our office and press “2” on the operator menu.  This will allow you to leave a refill request, but please speak clearly and leave your name and date of birth.  Please allow 48 hours for refill requests that are phoned into our office.

PLEASE NOTE that we will not authorize routine prescription refills after hours or over the weekend, nor will we be able to authorize a refill request if we have not seen you in the office within the last 6 months.

Billing

If you have billing or insurance questions, please call our office and press “3” on the operator menu.

Medical Questions

If you have a medical question or a question about medical equipment, please call our office and press “4” on the operator menu.

After Hours Calls

If you have an urgent medical question after hours or on the weekend that cannot wait until the next business day, please call the office and the call will be automatically forwarded to our answering service.  If the call does not connect automatically, you can call our answering service directly at
